Is there a way I can use Powershell 4.0 Add-Printer cmdlet to add a printer for all users (machine)? I tried from an admin account but it only adds a printer for the currently logged on user.

Is there a way I can use Powershell 4.0 Add-Printer cmdlet to add a printer for all users (machine)? I tried from an admin account but it only adds a printer for the currently logged on user. Issue with default "Location Profile" for new AD users / OCS 2007 R2
